The University of Alabama football team, also known as the Crimson Tide, has won 15 national championships, 25 SEC championships, and produced numerous All-American players since it’s establishment in 1892. Under legendary coach Paul “Bear” Bryant, the Crimson Tide dominated the sport in the 1970s and 1980s, winning six national championships. Today, Alabama continues to field competitive teams and remains one of the top programs in college football, consistently competing for conference and national titles.
